Andros is considered to be one of the greenest islands of Greece because of its natural springs and small rivers marbling the island beautifully. Spontaneous herbs and flowers grow abundantly in the surroundings, especially during Spring time, when all flowers are blossoming and the whole Andros perfumes intensely of wild thyme and lemon blossoms.

The tradition of home made produces is something still very common on the island. Everybody loves to make their own batch of special wine or cheese ready be savoured during the rest of the year. During this workshop we’ll discover some of the best local producers of the island and you’ll have the chance to truly explore and understand the beauty of the island. Isolated beaches, crystal waters and wild animals wondering around freely, imagine to find yourself submerged into this idyllic scenery, with fruit and olive trees a few steps from the sea and spontaneous grapes growing on the soil.
